[Hallc_running] [Revised Logentry] RC daily summary

The plan is to get electrical back to the Hall just before lunchtime this morning. Then we will proceed to prepare the Hall for beam and stay in controlled access until the target condensing is complete. 

Swing shifts today should report. We will possibly re-establish beam on mid-late swing, pending target readiness.
