<p>Yesterday we started the boiling studies data taking in the morning. Though we got our 75 muA data point the machine struggled to deliver stable beam at 60 and 50 muA. We decided to postpone the boiling studies to a later time. We then changed configuration to take the 8 deg and 9.8 GeV data with SHMS for the EMC effect experiment. We are now 2 hours away from completing this kinematics point (for the past 2.5 hours the accelerator has been down due to RF issues and orbit instability). We will then change configuration to allow the CT experiment to complete their data taking.</p>
<p>We will meet today at 1:30 pm.</p>
