<p class="MsoNormal">The Jan/Feb Hall C run finished at 5:30 last night. <o:p>

<p class="MsoNormal">At 5:30 we did a short steering test to see if we could see a strong dependence between angle and a signal in the new ion chamber.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We did not, so the mystery about what was happening to the SHMS Q1 remains, though since the new ion chamber went in (which we have been closely monitoring) SHMS Q1 has been behaving.

<p class="MsoNormal">Over the last week+ we were about to work through 4 out of 5 of our make-up kinematics, so an extremely productive run period for the PionLT experiment.<o:p></o:p></p>
