Few more runs on LD2 were taken at KinC_x36_2' before hall went to controlled access at 1:30 pm.

Julie and students replaced 7 PMT bases (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4224506). Hall went back to beam permit at 6:30 pm. The Swing shift was mostly waiting for the NPS calorimeter temperature to be stable. Few LED and cosmic runs were taken. The HMS and SHMS are moved to the new kinematic KinC_x50_1' angles (HMS=16.75 deg, SHMS=33.38 deg). No correctors are needed at this angle (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4224691). HMS magnets are set to -4.726 GeV/c (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4224483). The production cycle 1 on LH2 target at KinC_x50_1' started at the beginning of Owl shift, and it's about to be complete in one hour. The plan for today is to continue the production cycles at KinC_x50_1' and KinC_x50_1.

Following up to the raster off accident:
1. More investigations on the raster off accident shows that the beam was on LD2 target with an average current of 6 uA for about 4 minutes: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4224583, https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4224323
2. A harp scan has been performed: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4224221, https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4224225, https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4224226, https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4224227
3. Bill Henry added a raster current read back alarm on Hall C alarm handlers that will alarm when the raster is off at Dummy, and cryogenic targets: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4224310
4. MCC update the Raster GUI and move the FSD mask button to prevent this happens in the future: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4224566

Other notable things:

HMS Shower counter hD12 tripped. Bill Henry moved it to a different HV channel that solves the issue: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4224590
