<p>We are proceeding and progressing well with the NPS refurbishment plan <a href="https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4267802">https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4267802</a>. Thank you very much to Julie for this plan of action and her help on this.</p>
<p>Last night the NPS students finished removing columns 26 and 27. We are almost finished with the cols 28 and 29 removal and almost ready to start installing columns 26.<br />
Many thanks to Larry who helped us today with removing the side panel of NPS. Larry also put a pump on SHMS Q1 and we will remove it on Monday.</p>

<p>There is an on-going accelerator down due to a vacuum leak at the Lambertson valve (<a href="https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4267814">https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4267814</a>) .<br />

There was some concern this morning that a Vac Seal fix they put in place yesterday might not hold and in that case they would need to weld the leak tomorrow morning. But it looks so far like the Vac Seal is holding. We will know more tomorrow morning.</p>
<p>For the next 24 hours work will continue as detailed in the refurbishment plan.</p>
<p>We need TO for all shifts.</p>
<p>I will contact the SL about their shifts directly, there will be some cancellations.</p>
