<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Only about one month is left in the NPS experiments running. The shifts situation in general is good. The experiment is running smoothly. However, we have some immediate shifts that need to be filled up. They
are: Saturday and Sunday Day shift, Monday Owl shift and Day shift, Tuesday Owl shift, and Wednesday Owl and Day shift.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;color:black">To be included in the NPS papers, 10 shifts are required for one paper, and 15 shifts are required for all related papers (at least 3). Owl shifts have a 1.5 weight factor. ( One RC is considered
as 7 shifts (?). )<o:p></o:p></span></p>
