    <p>sorry for the late notice. I forgot to send the RC update to the

      mailing list this morning (I did that now).</p>

    <p>Because of lack of beam, we're essentially at the same place

      where we were yesterday at this time. So let's skip today's RC

      meeting. If there's beam tonight/tomorrow, we'll meet tomorrow.

      Currently, it's not looking too promising—the entire accelerator

      is down.</p>
