<h2>Current Status</h2>
<ul>
<li>Smooth production running on LD2 at 40 uA. This is the final LD2 cycle at z = 0.5 e-pi+ setting (SHMS_theta = 11.07 deg). Next, we will move to the final LH2 cycle. </li>
<li>We have already reached our goal on the Carbon target and are almost there for the Copper target as well. </li>
</ul>
<h2>Key Updates from Yesterday</h2>
<ul>
<li>Yesterday, the Hall A beam study was called off at around 2 PM. Following that, MCC conducted some studies to improve the stability of the machine until 6:30 PM. Taking advantage of this downtime, Hall C techs worked on fixing the roll-up door to the truck ramp until 4 PM. They made some progress but did not finish the job. The remaining work will be done on the next maintenance day.</li>
<li>During the downtime, Bill took some some cosmic data with EDTM on to test the helicity replay.</li>
<li>We finally got beam around 7:30 PM and resumed production at z = 0.5 e-pi+ setting (SHMS_theta = 11.07 deg).</li>
<li>After finishing the first LH2 and dummy cycle, we requested 60 uA on Carbon, but due to several beam trips we had to settle at 48 uA again. After further investigation, MCC found that the trips were caused by the malfunctioning of one of the Hall C dump diffuser ion chambers. They made a quick access (about 1 hour) around 9 AM this morning to replace an electronics card. If this does not solve the issue, further troubleshooting will require more preparation and cannot be done during a quick access. However, if necessary, MCC is planning to request RadCon authorization to run with only one of the dump diffuser ion chambers functioning until the next maintenance day. <a href="https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4437666">https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4437666</a></li>
<li>There was an alarm this morning due to the SHMS Q2 LN2 level being too high. Heidi addressed it promptly, and it is stable now. <a href="https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4437549">https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4437549</a> </li>
<li>The first cycle of data taking with all the targets was completed around 8:00 AM this morning. We are currently on the LD2 second cycle.</li>
