[Hallcsw] Minutes of Feb 23rd Hall c software meeting and Doodle poll for next meeting

There was an initial Hall C software meeting on Feb 23rd
at JLab. One focus was preparing for the JLab
12 GeV software review that will be June 6-7. Steve Wood
at the Jan Hall C meeting presented a talk

He proposed the following management structure:

Software Manager: Mark Jones
C++ Analyzer Lead: Gabriel Niculescu
Fortran/Validation Lead: Ed Brash
Calibrations/Workflow/Online: John Arrington
DAQ/Data Format: Brad Sawatzky
Physics requirements: Dave Mack
Simulation: Dave Gaskell


In slide 12 of his Hall C ppt talk, Steve suggested
some milestones. Brad made additional suggestions
for milestones that are in:

It was decided to have the next meeting in two weeks.

and select the best day/time. The idea is to have a meeting
every two weeks. We can set up a phone conference .
One goal is to have outlines from each part of the management.
Another was to agree on a set of milestones.
