[Hallcsw] New time for Hall C 12 GeV Software meeting

Next week I am away so we won't have a Hall C 12 GeV Software meeting.
With a new academic year starting I thought that we should
see if a new time/day for the meeting would be good. I have
set up a Doodle poll http://www.doodle.com/8d2nrtk76gks3avr
to pick a new day/time for the meeting. The new meetings would start the
1st week in Sept and then be held every two weeks.
Please participate in the poll.

As I presented at the Hall C summer meeting, Steve has updated HCANA
so that the tracking is working! Needs to be thoroughly checked
but it is definitely a milestone.
