[Hallcsw] Reminder of Tues July 23th Hall C 12 GeV software meeting

Some things came up, so I am canceling the meeting today.

Some additional tracking code has been added to the C++ analyzer hcana. 
  The new code implements much of what is done in h_link_stubs.f and 
h_track_fit.f.  There is no histogramming of anything that is calculated 
yet.  Mark has done some debugging, but the code is pretty much 
untested.  If anyone is interested in testing/improving the code, please 
contact me.

The updated code is in the "develop" branch on the hallc git server 
(git at hallcgit.jlab.org:hcana.git).
