[Hallcsw] HCANA documentation

As a first step in documenting the HCANA code , I ran the
ROOT auto documentation class thtml ( see
http://root.cern.ch/root/html/THtml.html for documentation)
 and created the class index
at https://userweb.jlab.org/~jones/hcana-htmldoc/

Of course the documentation is sparse. So at the next meeting
on Nov 4th at 11pm, one item will be starting a  discussion about how 
to proceed on documentation pf the code.
