[Hallcsw] Reminder about the update to submodule PODD 1.5 on Dec 10th

On Dec 10th, for commit

Steve updated PODD submodule. This is because Ole  updated the PODD 1.5 branch so that
the THaHallCSpectrometer::ReadRunDatabase could be overwritten. Which is what
Steve did in the THcHallCSpectrometer::ReadRunDatabase and the spectrometer momentum
and angle can now be read from THcHallCSpectrometer::ReadDatabase which uses the Hall C
style parameter files and there is no need to have the parameters also in the db_run.dat .
The beam energy still needs to be in  db_run.dat .

When changes to the PODD submodule are made to the github Jefferson Lab develop repo and you 
have update with a pull  to your local develop repo , one needs to do : " git submodule update"
and then compile the code.

Of course this only applies to people who downloaded hcana before Dec 10th and have not
yet updated their local repo .
