[Hallcsw] request for DAQ: put module type in one bank

I've had some pretty good luck designing a class (PipeliningModule)
which splits data up in multiblock mode. It works with minimal changes
to THaAnalyzer and to the Fadc250 class, which inherits from
PipeliningModule. I'm nearly done with testing it.
(the chain is Fadc250Module : PipeliningModule : VmeModule : Module)

One thing I'd like to request for the future DAQ setups is that each
pipelining module put its data -- and *ONLY* its data -- into one bank.
You can put multiple slots in one bank, but only one module type.
I hope we can adopt this convention ! A "bank" is uniquely defined in
CODA. If extraneous data goes into the same bank, like it did for
some setups, it tends to confuse the decoding. You can have a
separate bank for extraneous data.

thanks
Bob
