It looks like we have a working SHMS.

Run 464 has a nice focus and basic detector response seems to be
promising.  Detector experts can likely start with this run.

Plans for Thursday DAY shift:
------------------------------------------

We remain in "KPP" mode for DAY shift -- do NOT get distracted.

  * Please focus on the SHMS systems/detectors

  * We now have a set of valid magnet combinations for A particle
    charge, but (as of 5am) we don't know for certain which particle
    charge we are looking at (positive or negative).  This needs to be
    determined.

  * Detector experts/owners should study their detector, generate and
    post relevant performance plots to the HCLog.

  * Detector experts should establish any gain changes, etc they desire
    to make and present them to the Run Coordinator (or the Shift Leader
    if the RC wishes to delegate) in a clear and consise format.

  * Do NOT crowd into the Counting House and request changes all at
    once!!  We must consolidate changes and make them between runs in an
    organized and well logged manner.

  * Personnel not directly involved in working on the detector systems
    should stay OUT of the Counting House please.
