[Hallcsw] Set Hall C preparation meeting for Fri Nov 17th and Tues Nov 21st at 2pm in L210A

There was interest in having a meeting this Friday to
discuss Hall C preparations. Also with people might be away Wed,
I moved the Hall C preparation meeting from Wed to Tues.

So I scheduled at meetings for 
Fri Nov 17th at 2pm in L210A
and 
Tues Nov 21st at 2pm in L210A
