[Hallcsw] No more Hall C detector meetings on Wed at 11am

There will not be Hall C detector/software meetings on Wed at 11am for the foreseeable future
while beam is running. 

There will be meetings daily, Tuesday-Friday this week to discuss the status of the preparations for the upcoming run.

These meetings will take place at 3 pm. Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, the meeting will be 
in room L210A in Cebaf Center - on Wednesday we will meet in room F224-225.
