[Hallcsw] If you have problems after recently updating hcana

There are been changes to hcana and podd scons files
in the most recent commits to hcana ( which uses an updated podd).
You may now need to delete the ".pyc" files that are created
when running scons before running scons.
So from the hcana directory do:
rm *.pyc
rm podd/*.pyc
rm podd/site_scons/*.pyc

After you do this once you should not do it everytime. This
clears out the old *.pyc file.

To run scons on cdaql1 you may need to do:

setenv https_proxy jprox.jlab.org:8081
