[Hallcsw] Commissioning Runs angle cam repository

I have extracted all angle camera snapshots from runs presently on
/cache.  You can find them here:
  /work/hallc/shms/spring17_angle_snaps/
I'll refresh this on Sunday/Monday to get the weekend files.

I expect there are missing files associated with runs that are on
tape, but have been pushed out of /cache.  If you're missing a batch,
just email me a run range and I'll update the above repository.


Note: If someone (is feeling ambitious and wants to write some image
  recognition software to automagically compute an angle off these
  images, drop me a line.  Non-trivial, but a cool project for a
  confident programmer.
