[Halld-cal] Lead purity- 1st article from Vulcan

Hi Zisis,

I had the lead analyzed this morning using an XRF (x-ray florescence) 
analyzer by innovXsystems. Model number alpha-2000, s/n 9326.

This scan indicated 100% pure lead with no significant alloys. The 
accuracy is ±0.63%

I believe this along with the material certs is adequate for quality 
assurance.
