[Halld-cal] Shipment of SiPM arrays from sensL

Hi Elton:

If we at UofR are to assist in measurements for some of the units  
SensL is sending, it would make things much easier if the one or two  
units that we would test be sent directly to Regina from SensL.  This  
would avoid the horrible shipping (export) regulations the U.S.  
imposes on such "sensitive" technology, while we then can ship them to  
you from Canada with no problem.
