[Halld-cal] Tomorrow: Internal Review of SiPM option

Tomorrow we will have an internal assessement of the SiPM option for the
Bcal readout. Below is a tentative agenda. Suggestions for missing items
or topics that need to be covered are welcome. Update the agenda and send
