[Halld-cal] Working group meeting tomorrow at 11:00 am

Hi Elton:

George, Andrei and I are back in Regina.

I meant to mention this to you yesterday but I forgot.  The Regina  
group cannot participate in tomorrow's meeting.  We were notified by  
the Dean's office that our lab facilities will be filmed tomorrow  
morning and everyone in our group will be interviewed on camera.  It  
is part of an undergraduate recruiting exercise from the Faculty.  
Also, I believe Matt is in China.

Therefore, I propose we cover the Readout items in next week's Readout  
Meeting, and resume the Calorimetry Meetings in two weeks.  It sounded  
like the committee would have a draft report by the end of this week,  
from a comment that Howard made yesterday.  There is nothing pressing  
out of the review that can't wait until next week and we may have the  
report by then too. I also need to catch up on Fabrication progress  
here and get the info organized for Tim in the next few days before I  
can report.
