Hi Elton:

If the phone is not to be used, then it should not be advertised on  
the Wiki page of the day.  If this is the case, it should be made  
clear so that persons planning to use the phone can make alternate  
arrangements (preferably with a day's notice) or ask that the phone is  
used.

Today's technical problem of Regina not being able to connect to ESNET  
is of many examples of the problems we have.  Whether they are ESNET,  
EVO or bandwidth related, we should have a backup plan.  The phone  
line is usually the safest bet, assuming people use the right access  
code, of course.   For us here, EVO can be used, but it takes  
considerably more effort than ESNET, due to lack of a computer in our  
video conf room.

So, I propose that the working group is polled for phone need the day  
before the meeting.  Secondly, can you please provide the JLab meeting  
room's phone number on the Wiki page so we can call in if we have  
technical problems with ESNET or EVO?
