[Halld-cal] Phone conference tomorrow at 11:00 am

Hi Elton et al:

I've added an item under Bcal for the Fibre QA.  Andrei and I are  
working on a presentation for the first 5 shipments that we will  
upload later this evening.  As shown before, we are seeing some batch- 
to-batch variation in performance and we want to discuss this in the  
Working group and receive feedback, before we send any feedback to  
Kuraray.

The updated agenda is below.
