[Halld-cal] BCALReadout - very preliminary

Hi everyone,

I have attached a pdf that has some very preliminary results for the 
BCAL readout with the Hamamatsu SiPM. These are the new SiPMs from 
Hamamatsu for GlueX (notice the new ceramic package). These SiPMs have 
16 cells (4x4 array) and each of the 4 die has 4 cells (2x2). The 
close-up picture gives you an idea of the pixel structure.

The results, although very preliminary, are very encouraging as you can 
see from the scope pictures.

Carl, you can use these pictures for your presentation at IEEE NSS 
(please let me know if you need the originals).
