[Halld-cal] Fine PMT dimensions

Dear colleagues,

At the WG meeting yesterday I promised to pass on the dimensions of the FM
pmts. In case you don't have them already, I added them to the wiki for
future reference:

In summary, the 1.5" PMT has a cathode diameter of 27 mm, the 2" PMT has a
cathode diamter of 39 mm. Note that the assemblies are both highly
integrated with the tube and recommended by Hamamatsu, so the the physical
size of the outer case also needs to be used in the mechanical model.
