[Halld-cal] Summary of non-phone conference

Dear collaborators,

Unfortunately the change of the room at JLab resulted in failure to
successfully make connections to ESNET and EVO. We will need to make the
updates offline.

I suggest that each group add a short summary of progress to the wiki
minutes.

>From my side, I have posted a draft note on the study eta production for
selected resolutions of a FCAL insert. The note is a work in progress, but
I wanted to give an update. I will complete the note and send a message
out when it is available. Of course any comments to the current draft are
welcome, but text is still missing.

We also need to put together an agenda for the collaboration meeting. The
skeleton agenda has the calorimetry on the first day with four suggested
20+10' talks. Here is a list for discussion, suggestions/feedback welcome:

* Construction status of Bcal (Zisis)
* Construction readiness of Fcal (Matt)
  - schedule for decision on insert?
* Radiation tests of SiPMs (Yi Qiang)
* Calibration (Athens?) / Updates from Santa Maria (Will?)

Notes: I can give some updates on the procurement of the SiPMs as part of
the MOU/contract update.
