[Halld-cal] BCAL objects in DANA

Hi Richard,

This is not settled yet but there is the option of pre-setting the bias 
based on each SiPM characteristics (pre-determined). This is, one bias 
supply channel feeds a group of SiPMs with a voltage divider per SiPM. 
Yes, this is very important and I will be spending more time on this 
issue soon.
