Hi Matt:

Interesting paper.  I knew that (n,alpha) reactions on Si are the primary causes of damage to the Si lattice structure but it's very informative to see an actual measured change in characteristics.  The damaging rates appear quite high and I don't recall if we have neutron rates for the locations the SiPM's will be with protons as target.  We probably face more of a problem if and when we use deuterium as target.
