[Halld-cal] Shashlyk calorimeter documentation

I have posted GlueX-doc-1433 with three documents on shashlyk calorimeters
which were sent by Serguei Kuleshov. They are reference documents for
discussion on using these calorimeters instead of radiation hard glass.
