[Halld-cal] Updated GlueX-doc-1432

Collaborators,

In preparation for the Readout meeting tomorrow, I have updated
GlueX-doc-1432 with clarifications and also a tar.gz file with all sources
and figures. I also added pdf file with figures for the 2mm Gap1 study.
Comments/suggestions are welcome.
