[Halld-cal] Updated light guide study GlueX-doc-1432

Dear collaborators,

I have updated GlueX-doc-1432 with the suggestions/comments from
yesterday's Bcal readout meeting. The main additions are a) study of
collection efficiency as a function of light guide length [summary:weak
dependence] and b) added data on collection efficiency with air gaps at
both entrance and exit [summary: eff(gap1&gap2) ~ eff(gap1)xeff(gap2)].
