[Halld-cal] BCAL readout meeting this week

Hi folks:

I'll circulate an agenda for the meeting by Wednesday, but wanted to  
mention a few things today that will help guide us in the readout  
tasks, as a result of our discussions last time.  In Elton's absence,  
I propose that we skip any MOU discussions, unless USM wishes to bring  
some issue up.

- decision on whether to use winston-cone (see Regina design below) or  
trapezoidal light guides is pending; measurements are needed in order  
to validate simulations

- mechanical issues connected to coupling (gaps, gluing, wrapping, etc)

- calibration LED system: wires, fibres, mounting location

- USM tests: Serguei will present the goals and methods of the tests,  
types and frequency of measurements, so that we can plan for  
production tests.  The objectives should be also placed on the Wiki.   
Plus, SiPM coupling: pin-to-socket repeated coupling may lead to pin  
damage, so we need to think about this.
