[Halld-cal] Bcal Readout meeting tomorrow

Hi Elton,

In view of recent emails, I would like to add SiPM testing to the agenda 
with the following items:

1. Planning
2. Test station development with measurement parameters
3. Review & acceptance of test station
4. Preliminary verification tests & analysis of test station
5. Fabrication of two additional test stations for UR and JLab
6. Responsibilties
7. Schedules

and then add a similar list for production testing of the SiPMs.
