[Halld-cal] FCAL monitoring system

Hi George,

Nice work!  It would be nice to see plots of the variation of light output, just as you have done, but through the assembled FCAL module.

Regarding unusable, high intensity regions, maybe we can arrange the lucite sheets such that the LED drivers are in the corners of the rectangular array.  Since the module layout is circular, this would keep the drivers away from the nearest modules.
