[Halld-cal] Working group meeting postponed till Wed Nov 17 at 9:00 am

Dear Elton,
On the 17th is the anniversary against the dictatorship (another NO) and 
because of demostrations it would be impossible to get to the 
university.If EVO is successful,I can join from home and hopefully 
George can do it as well?
