[Halld-cal] First look at Plastic Craft light guides

Dear collaborators,

As I mentioned in the Bcal readout meeting yesterday, we received our 12 
light guide samples from Plastic Craft. Recall that this company had 
been flooded and we were uncertain about delivery of our order. The 
samples arrived on Friday. I checked their dimensions yesterday and they 
conform to our drawings to within about 0.2 mm, and likely better than 
that. The measurements of the widths are difficult because they are 
measured on angled surfaces. Some photos and summary of dimensions are
