[Halld-cal] collaboration meeting session, May 10, 2011

Hi Curtis:

we had our biweekly CALWG meeting this morning.  We have figured out our needs for the collaboration meeting session as follows:

- four 30 min talks (SiPM tests, Electrical/Cooling/Mechanical Design, Chile work, Athens monitoring)
- two 15 min talks (FCAL & BCAL very brief status updates)

Perhaps this extra 30min slot we're requesting here can be accommodated by using the 3rd physics slot that day (after Adam and Joe).  

Moreover, we request a swap of the Calorimetry and Beamline/Tagger sessions, to accommodate Athens due to the time difference.  We would then start our session at 8:30am with Athens.

Please let us know if our request can be accommodated.
