Hi Elton,

The minutes have incorrect information wrt item 9. The 3x3 unit did not 
operate correctly because the bias resistor was blown, likely a result 
of incorrect orientation of the sensor into the socket. The readout was 
designed to handle up to 20 MHz and this base was tested to well over 10 
MHz (no need to go over that for a simple test) after replacing the bias 
resistor; the updated boards optimize the design for the 3 mm devices 
with similar rate capabilities. The readout rate is limited by the 
capacitance of the SiPM, of course.
