[Halld-cal] Bcal working group meeting tomorrow

Dear collaborators,

We will renew our bi-weekly Bcal readout meetings tomorrow. It has been a
while since we had our last meeting, so the agenda should probably needs
updating. Let me know if there are issues that we need to add/remove. I
give the action item list as well as the tentative agenda below.
