[Halld-cal] Minutes of cal working group meeting posted

Dear collaborators,

We apologize that the meeting started in a bit of confusion as the usual 
JLab room had been booked for the CLAS collaboration meeting. We finally 
found a smaller room that accommodated the participants and connected 
via EVO with and ESNET bridge. Christine was connected to EVO and could 
hear us, but we could not hear her. She did transmit some messages via 
the chat program. Matt and Andrei were connected via ESNET.
