I suggest that we start with the discussion of the communications 
protocol, which was the original goal for this meeting. I would like to 
ask Paul to give a short intro/summary of how they are using the CAN 
protocol for the Fcal bases, and then let Elliott/Hovanes to comment on 
the Hall D slow controls. I have added a link to a file on the portal 
which has additional information about geometry and we can go over them 
after the discussion of slow controls.
