From the Bcal progress report on May 15:

Both conformity items are acknowledged by JLab.

7. Conformity:
a. The drop-down step on either end of the top (inner) plate does not
have tight positional tolerances relative to the base plate along the
long axis, because the machining is the set up relative to the premachined
features in the base plate and not to the features in the
top plate. The result may be a shift of as much as 20-40 thou. This
was not a tolerance item but from now on we will record it.
b. Epoxy records reveal that modules 2, 11, 13-16, 23-24 had less
epoxy than our nominal 3.6 gallons/module, and should be
considered for placement on the bottom of the BCAL barrel.
