[Halld-cal] "fresh" fibre spectrum

Hi Elton:

attached is a fibre wavelength spectrum taken this morning!  (Fresh off the press so to speak).  We are testing a fibre from each shipment for the last time.

This data is from the UV LED placed 100cm from the end of the fibre (to compare with Kuraray's distance).  As you can see the peak is around 450nm but the mean higher.  Nothing is detectable below 410nm.
