[Halld-cal] Fwd: Bias compensation / temperature stabilization review notes

Dear collaborators,

Yesterday we conducted an internal review of the bias compensation and 
temperature stabilization scheme for the SiPMs. Jack presented the 
design described in a presentation and a description of the circuits, 
which were placed on the portal under GlueX-doc-1853. Some notes of the

The conclusion of the review is that we are ready to go ahead and fabricate two prototype boards. They will be tested on the bench and then can be used to instrument the
  Baby Bcal for use in the beam test.
