[Halld-cal] connection issue

Hi all:

there is something wrong with my connection to ESNET.  I keep getting kicked out and now can't get back in.  I'm giving up.

BCAL progress:

- Module 47 is 70% built
- Mod 48 is 60% built
- Shipment 11 (Mods 41-44) will be picked up on Oct 3, destination JLab
- Last (1/2 remade) fibre Shipment 29 will leave Japan on Sep 27
