[Halld-cal] Fwd: Hall D Cable Assignment

Hi Elton:

I looked over the BCAL cable assignments in the two files sent.  The 
naming scheme is just fine.  I noticed that in the "Cable Labels" file 
the 3-3-4 scheme is used, since we have only 12 ADC and 8 TDC cables per 
side per module.  In "Cable Labelling" both options are listed but again 
the numbers correspond to the 3-3-4 arrangement.

i understand this to be so because the full amount for the extra rings 
has not been approved formally.  In any case, once we get approval, the 
max label number can be simply extended from BCAL-1-U-A-11 upwards to 
BCAL-1-U-A-15, etc.
