[Halld-cal] BCAL beam test in Hall-B: electronics

Hello Sascha:

thanks for the information.  Indeed, I am aware of the shashlik 
operation.  I have started writing the proposal and should have a draft 
before Tuesday.  Other than this (and an executive summary), what else 
is needed for the request to Hall B?  I know we have to do safety 
paperwork, but that probably comes later.

Ok, let's talk details on Tuesday.
