We thought about  this option. In this case the rotation axis becomes 
perpendicular to the floor, but should be at 60deg. The transition piece 
puts the rotation at the correct angle. Tim and Chuck will be looking at 
this carefully this morning to see how we can do this.

Changed to ~1.5 GeV. We will likely sit a fixed E/E0, but it may not 
reach 30%. We will have to survey the geometry carefully to determine 
where the prototype can fit.
